Welcome to Snappet Studio, a brand of Rooty LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Snappet Studio's subscription-based software development and design services ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1.⁠ ⁠Subscription Agreement

1.1. By subscribing to Snappet Studio's Services, you agree to pay the applicable monthly subscription fees, payable on a quarterly basis.

1.2. Your subscription will automatically renew every quarter unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

1.3. We operate on a one-request-at-a-time policy. You can still submit new requests while we are working on the active request.

2.⁠ ⁠Estimated Delivery Time

2.1. We provide estimated delivery times for each request or task, ranging from 1 day to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the task.

2.2. These estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are subject to change based on various factors, including

workload and project complexity.

3.⁠ ⁠Account Management

3.1. Currently, we do not have an account management system. Upon subscribing to our Services and providing payment through Stripe,

we will reach out to you via the email address provided during the payment process to initiate the service.

4.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

4.1. All software, designs, and other materials provided as part of the Services are the property of Snappet Studio or its licensors and are

protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without prior written consent from Snappet Studio.

5.⁠ ⁠User Content

5.1. You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or share while using our Services ("User Content").

5.2. By uploading User Content, you grant Snappet Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and

distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing the Services.

5.3. We do not share any client data with third parties without obtaining consent from the client.

6.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

6.1. We have a strict no-refund policy due to the effort spent during the subscription process.

6.2. However, we reserve the right to decide on refunds, either partly or fully, depending on the circumstances of each case. We also

reserve the right to decline any refund requests.

7.⁠ ⁠Termination

7.1. Snappet Studio may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any outstanding fees will become due.

8.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

8.1. Snappet Studio and Rooty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in

connection with the use of our Services.

8.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve-month period preceding the

event giving rise to the liability.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict

of law provisions.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These

Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Snappet Studio regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior
